Downloading and Server Account Information:

  • Upon completing your purchase, a download link to the Mega server will be sent to you via email shortly afterward. Please be aware that due to the inclusion of a URL link, some spam filters might misclassify these emails. To ensure you receive the email, check all your email client folders, including spam and junk folders, especially if you are using Gmail or Hotmail addresses. Additionally, it's crucial to provide us with a valid email address to facilitate the delivery of your purchased goods.

  • Please Note: Our service is provided automatically as soon as payment is made, however, there are exceptions which are provided manually, such as the following:

  1. ISTA iLean purchase

  2. Purchase of services related to Apple CarPlay, Road Maps, FSC Code and similar.

  3. Purchase of "Maxi Dealer Package" or "Unlimited Access to the Server".

  • The above orders require our participation and are not processed automatically. Therefore, waiting times can be up to 24-72H

  • All other orders are processed automatically as soon as payment is made! Therefore, it is very important that you provide a valid working e-mail address when ordering.

Mega Server Account Options:

The Mega server provides two account options for users:

  1. Free Account: This account option offers 20GB of storage space, but it comes with bandwidth restrictions.

  2. Payable PRO Account: For a fee of 9.99 euros, customers can upgrade to a PRO account, which offers additional features and removes bandwidth restrictions.

 

Customer Responsibility for Server Selection:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to select the appropriate server account based on their needs and preferences. Whether you choose the free account or opt for the payable PRO account, please ensure that your selection aligns with your requirements for storage space and bandwidth. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the server options, feel free to contact us for guidance before making your choice.

The FAQ page is part of these terms of sale, so please read it before purchasing. DVDs are safe copies for personal use only! Due to the large volume, the software is only available for download. No physical media (USB flash drive, DVD, HDD, etc.) is provided. Please be aware that this is backup software, and you can use it only if you have the original DVD and license.

 

  • This software is provided for educational, non-commercial purposes only, enabling private users to diagnose, program, code, and reset service intervals on their vehicles. No liability is extended nor implied. Education Version. You may only use the Educational Version if you meet the eligibility requirements. You may install and use the Educational Version only in the country where you qualify as an educational user. If you reside in the European Economic Area, then the word “state” in the sentence preceding this one means the European Economic Area.

  • The page does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or computer if something goes wrong. We are not liable for your interface; only correctly installed software is covered! For technical reasons (high GB content), please do not inquire about the software being sent by post. Electronic Delivery is the only option. Please note that no programs may be used for commercial purposes. This page is the original diagnostic tool provided by the vehicle manufacturer and is intended for educational purposes only.

  • The buyer must unblock the navigation card independently using appropriate tools such as "FSC Generator." Unfortunately, we do not support card installation in any way. Note that some cards require an FSC code (not included!). Basic knowledge is necessary to install the programs. If you are unable to install the programs, no refunds will be issued. We do not take responsibility for any damage to your vehicle or computer. We are also not responsible for your interface, only for correctly installed software. Please note that the programs "ISTA+," "E-Sys," "ISTA-P," and "SP-DATEN" are not part of the 7 DVDs Package (available separately for purchase).

 

Updates and Subscription

  • Additional information for customers who have purchased the "Maxi Dealer Package" and "Unlimited Access to the Server," which includes a one-year subscription for updates.

  • Once you have created a payable Mega Account, please let us know so that we can activate all folders for you. In a short time, you should receive an invitation email to the Mega Server from our email, and the shared folders should be visible on the left side menu bar. You will need to copy all shared folders and move them to your Mega account.

  • Create a link to each folder (right-click, context menu) to download files and insert them into software such as JDownloader. Use your Mega Account in the settings for JDownloader to download files without any bandwidth restrictions. But to maintain the file structure, use ONLY Megasync!

  • Please note that Mega-Chat is not monitored, so please do not use it as a form of communication with us. Instead, write to us via email.

  • Please note that your annual subscription does not cover a full calendar year; it lasts for 11 calendar months (e.g., purchase date 25.02.2020 - end of subscription 01.01.2021). As we do not send reminders about the end of the subscription, buyers are responsible for remembering the expiry date of their subscription.

  • Please be aware that any software purchased with an annual subscription becomes effective on the date of purchase, not when the license is received.

 

File Access

  • During your subscription, you have unlimited access to the files on the server. However, due to constant updates, files may be deleted and replaced with newer ones. It is advisable to place the files in your account to prevent any situation where certain files become inaccessible.

  • If you did not utilise any features available during your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund. For example, if you chose to install the programs yourself despite having purchased an online installation service, you cannot apply for a refund.

 

Activation Deadline

  • All annual subscriptions must be activated immediately after purchase but no later than 3 months before your subscription ends. The 3-month period is the deadline for using such services, as the shortest subscription period we offer is 3 months.

 

For Standalone subscribers

  • A free update will only be provided when it is possible and update files are available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee when or if there will be a new update. In this case, the update may be provided in various forms, such as through  Programming Delta Files for ISTA Standalone.

 

For iLean subscribers

  • if you violate the terms of use of the license, your account will be suspended. To unblock the suspended account, a penalty of 10% of the value of the purchased package will be imposed. Please note that unblocking access after payment of the contractual penalty may take up to 72 hours.

  • In such a case, your payment will be refunded and reduced by the card operator fee and penalty fee. If the supplier agrees, you will have the possibility to purchase the program once again.

  • Please note: The penalty fee and card operator fee are non-refundable under any circumstances, whether the supplier decides to keep your subscription or not.

  • Please note: Any software purchased with an annual subscription comes into effect on the date of purchase, not the date you receive your license.

  • A free update is only provided if it is achievable and update files are available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee when or if there will be a new update. If such a case occurs, the update may be provided in various forms, e.g., via Delta files for ISTA Standalone.

  • Please be aware! A free Gift is not supported by us at all, as this is a free gift and is not subject to the sale! Access to Road Maps is for one-time use only and does not include any future updates. Because the server contains large files, please use the Download Manager. The buyer is responsible for their Internet speed and needs to know how long it takes to download all files.

  • Please note, for security reasons, the link to access the server expires after about five days! If you miss the time to download files, you can purchase new access for 3.90 Euros (for each server). The new access is valid for one week from the date of purchase. If a new version of the program is available, the old one will be automatically discontinued, downloaded, and supported. In such a case, the buyer should purchase new access to the server.

  • Once the Digital Product has been downloaded, there is no right to return, replace, or take similar actions if the customer has ordered by mistake. The purchase and update are valid for two months. After this period, you must buy new access to the server at a regular price.

  • It is possible to buy "Installation Support" on the website, depending on consultation first! You will receive an email with a clear and straightforward description of how to purchase "Online Help."

  • Please note: HDD and language updates are only available when you purchase iLean! Therefore, do not buy if you have not purchased iLean from us! Do not select a language if it is not listed or not available! The language pack and the hard drive update are only available to existing customers! We do not sell language updates and HDD updates separately! Incorrect purchases are not refundable!

 

Installation Support Details:

  • The "Installation Support" package includes the INPA Package (NCS Expert Ediabas), ISTA+, and ISTA-P. Regrettably, we do not offer support for the installation or similar assistance regarding E-Sys, ETK, Carly, Virtual Box/Machine, TIS, DIS Program, and Navigation updates.

  • Please note that "Installation Support" is specifically for correctly installed programs. It does not cover assistance with downloading files from the server, establishing connections between the program and your interface, or handling updates to the interface. These tasks are the sole responsibility of the buyer, as such support is not provided.

  • If you choose to install the software by yourself without our help, there will be no refund available, even if you initially purchased the software with installation support.

  • Payment for making an appointment is mandatory, irrespective of whether you have acquired a program with online installation support in advance. Unfortunately, credit card payment is the only accepted method for online installation support, as our supplier does not offer alternative payment options.

  • To obtain online installation support, you must make an appointment on the website listed in the PDF within one week of the purchase date. If we do not receive your request within this timeframe, online support will be canceled. Please note that installation support is valid for one week after the purchase date.

 

Important Notes Regarding Software and Server:

 

Language Specification:

  • Please note that INPA includes the latest SP-Daten ONLY menu in the English language.

 

Server Performance:

  • Do not report issues about server speed. If you experience a slow connection, it is an issue with your internet service provider, not our server. Mega is a server with the highest speed available. All files have been meticulously checked; they were downloaded from the server and sent back. Do not claim that the files are damaged.

 

Antivirus Software:

  • The software has been extensively tested for viruses, Trojans, or similar malicious programs. It is advised to disable your antivirus software during installation because certain antivirus programs might detect installation files as viruses, especially if you have applications like AiCoder. Mega-Server strictly prohibits the placement of infected files. Diagnostic programs do not require an antivirus program on your laptop. Be aware that some programs may not function if your antivirus removes installation files detected as viruses. Using Windows Defender is a good practice, but even in these cases, false-positive messages might occur.

 

Compatibility and Modules:

  • We cannot guarantee that every module will be readable or that all engine versions in your car will be covered through a purchased program. In some cases, this might be impossible. If this occurs, an alternative program may be necessary, and the buyer will incur the associated costs.

 

Policy Updates:

  • Instructions regarding revocation, General Business Conditions, and other essential aspects are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify the General Business Conditions at any time without notice. By making a payment through our available payment system, you automatically accept our conditions.

 

Support Expectations:

  • Please do not expect post-purchase support similar to that provided by a dealership for a new car. "Installation Support" only covers the installation of the basic program and does not include available updates or additional tools such as programming.

 

End of Additional Terms and Notes:

  • Please ensure you have thoroughly understood these terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase. If you have any further inquiries or require clarification, feel free to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Payment and Software Use Acknowledgment:

  • By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the requirements specified. If your existing hardware and software do not meet the specified criteria, the installation may not work effectively. If your BMW model is newer or older than those listed, the software might not function as intended. This diagnostic/coding software carries significant capabilities; therefore, its use can either repair or damage your vehicle, contingent upon your careful application.

 

Pre-Purchase Inquiry:

  • If you have any inquiries before making a purchase, please use the contact page on our website. We aim to respond promptly to address any concerns you might have.

 

Operating System Compatibility

  • Under no circumstances should the software be used on an operating system other than OS Windows. We do not guarantee proper functionality on Parallel Desktop, Bootcamp, Linux, Mac OS, OS Chrome, or any solutions different from OS Windows. Installing the program on alternative platforms is at your own risk, and any consequences, including the loss of license for ISTA Standalone, damage to your laptop, or other unexpected issues, are your responsibility.

 

License and Hardware Usage:

  • Please note the following regarding the software license:

  • The license is valid for one PC only.

  • Virtual Machines are not supported.

  • The license cannot be transferred to another laptop and will be rejected in case of changes to the motherboard or HDD manipulation.

  • Licenses may not be exchanged for any reason, such as lost or damaged hardware, laptop replacement, or similar circumstances not described here.

  • If you breach the license terms, you are required to purchase a new license.

  • One PC corresponds to one license

  • Since ISTA 4.39.2x BIOS/Windows update does not reject the license, please be mindful of this when updating your system.

 

Attention for Buyers:

  • The programs in the lot are Non-Plug and Play.

  • Basic computer knowledge is essential.

  • If you have never reinstalled Windows, installed drivers, set up a network printer, or router, please reconsider your purchase.

  • Configuration of ports and IP addresses is necessary for BMW diagnostic programs, and you should be familiar with these processes.

  • Buyers without computer knowledge are strongly discouraged from making a purchase

  • If you are uncertain about your ability to install complex software, it is advisable not to proceed with the purchase.

  • Incompetent actions can damage electronic components in your BMW.

 

Refund Policy and Software Purchase Acknowledgment:

  • Please be aware of our refund policy: there is no refund for digital products and services. By paying through our available payment systems, you automatically accept our terms of sale. Digital elements cannot be returned, hence we maintain a NO REFUND policy for all digital download products.

  • Please note that in the case of a refund agreed with us, this is reduced by the non-refundable Stripe fee.

  • Please note that we are not a dealer but a private individual. As a private seller, we do not provide guarantees, bills, returns, or similar services. For non-tangible digital software, such as the download packages, we are unable to offer a refund policy due to the nature of the product.

 

Final Consideration:

  • If you disagree with any of the aforementioned terms and conditions, it is imperative that you exit the website immediately!

  • For any concerns or questions about the installation of this software, it is highly recommended to address them before making a purchase.

  • Addressing potential issues before the purchase can save both the buyer and the vendor time and goodwill, eliminating the need to discuss any refund policy at a later date.

If your system does not update, it could be due to various reasons, such as incorrect monitoring, a defective unit, the unit already being the latest version, or the vehicle being a Japanese import.

 

Privacy and Conduct:

  • We do not share buyers' information with third parties except for order processing during order fulfillment. In such cases, the third party is bound by confidentiality and cannot disclose any information to other parties.

 

Conduct and User Behaviour:

  • Rude behaviour, racism, insults, discrimination, or any form of offensive conduct will not be tolerated. Engaging in such behavior will result in the immediate suspension of any services provided. Customers displaying such conduct will be permanently blocked from our website, and records will be reported to the appropriate authorities. This specifically allows the making of backup copies of the software, but only providing it is for lawful use. If there is any doubt over what constitutes a backup, check your software licence agreement or the software publisher.

If you sell your original software, you will destroy the backup of the title. If you imply piracy, then we cannot legally provide a backup service for you, and we hold no liability for anything you, the buyer will do with the backup, You understand that from purchasing these backups from us, that you are stating to us that you have the original copy of that title, and we will supply it to you on that understanding only.   • The original English version of this Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated version of this Terms and Conditions is a courtesy and office translation only, and the Participants cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or the case of a conflict, ambiguity, inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in dispute proceedings.
