Delivery Costs

  • We offer worldwide FREE Electronic Delivery as a link to our dedicated server.

  • Important Note: A download link to the server will be sent to you shortly after purchase via e-mail. Because the e-mail contains a URL link, some spam filters will filter those e-mail wrong. Please make sure that you check all spam and junk folders in your email client, including Gmail and Hotmail addresses.

  • DVDs safe copies for personal use only! Due to the large volume, the software is only available for download. No physical media (USB flash drive, DVD, HDD etc.) is provided.

Installation Support

  • Please check the Booking section for the cost of Online Installation Support and availability BEFORE purchase!

  • As we do not provide service fixing old installation, make sure your old installation is removed completely from the disc if you had one. Make sure your system meets ALL requirements described in the instruction manual.

  • Installation Support Includes: 

  1. INPA Package (NCS Expert Ediabas )

  2. ISTA-P Basic Installation

  3. ISTA+  Basic Installation

  4. No extra features such as programming and updates.

  • Payment for making an appointment is mandatory, regardless if you bought a program with the online installation support in advance. Unfortunately, there is no other way to pay for online installation support other than by credit card. Our supplier has no other option. The surcharge for the 10to8 provider is three GBP.

  • If the program selected in the shop has Installation Support, you need to choose the same program on the "Booking" page with the option (Paid)

  • If the program selected in the shop does not have Installation Support, you  need to choose the same  program  on the "Booking" page with the option (Additional support)

Download Files

  • A download link to the server (Mega) will be sent to you shortly after purchase via e-mail. Because the e-mail contains a URL link, some spam filters will filter those e-mail wrong. Please make sure that you check all spam and junk folders in your email client, including Gmail and Hotmail addresses.

  • The Mega server offers a free account of 20GB but with bandwidth restriction or payable PRO account for 4.99 euros.

  • Therefore, the customer is responsible for server selection!

  • Friendly tips on how to download files from the server and how to avoid a paid mega subscription are described in the user manual, also in case of problems with purchasing a mega account, there is help in downloading files from the server.

Return Policy

Additional information for customers, who have purchased:

Unlimited Access to the Server included a one-year subscription for updates

  • Once you create a payable Mega Account, please let us know, then we will be able to activate all folders.

  • In a short time, you should receive an invitation email to the Mega Server from our email

  • Your invitation should be ready in a few hours, usually less than two hours.

  • Shared folders should be visible on the left side menu bar.

  • You need to copy all shared folders and move them to your Mega account.

  • Create a link (right mouse clicks, context menu) to each folder to download files and insert into e.g. JDownloader.

  • Use your Mega Account in the settings "JDownloader" for download files without bandwidth restriction.

  • Please do not use Mega-Chat as a form of communication because is not monitored, instead, write to us an email.

  • Please remember, if new updates are available, the old files will be removed from the server and replace with a new one.

  • There is no refund for the purchase of digital products and services by paying with our available payment system.

  • Digital elements cannot be returned. @DIAGNOSESOFTWARE, therefore, has a "No Refund" policy for all digital download products. 

  • Please take note that we are not a dealer but a private person.

  • Since this is a private sale, we would like to explicitly point out that we do not lead a guarantee, bills, returns, or any other similar things. For non-tangible digital software, such as the download packages we are unable to offer a refund policy for obvious reasons. We want to point out to you that you automatically accept our conditions. If you do not agree, please leave our site immediately!

  • When transactions need only a login and password, you don’t expose bank details or card numbers. It’s an added layer of protection for your financial information.

  • We monitor transactions 24/7. So rest easy — even when you let your guard down, we won’t.

LICENSE

Please be aware!

  • The license is only valid for one PC!

  • It cannot be transferred to another laptop, it will be rejected, in case of:

  • Change of motherboard

  • BIOS update

  • Windows update!

Make sure that your Windows operating system is already activated before purchasing

  • Virtual Machines are not supported!

  • Licenses cannot be exchanged for ANY reason.

Such as lost or damaged hardware, replacing laptop or similar things

The price is fixed and non-negotiable, we do not offer discounts.
